The following activities are carried out by Columns Engineering Associates (CEA) Corporation for engineering feasibility studies, ground terrain analysis, design planning and during actual construction phase: Topographic Survey; Contour Mapping; Hydrographic Survey; Construction Layout; Highway & Bridge Design Survey; and, As-built Construction Survey.

For Ground Control Establishment, GPS Geodetic Control Survey and Vertical Control Leveling are carried in surveys that require a high degree of accuracy with regards to both relative and absolute geodetic position. Geographic Position System (GPS) equipments with sub-centimeter accuracy are used in determining ground control points.
